While considering a move within the Austin area I sent out about 6 requests through Realtor.com. 


Only one agent responded and offered to show me these houses. Ricardo's knowledge of the surrounding communities opened me up to consider something I didn't know about. 


I found the perfect rental home in Leander with his help. 


The negotiations for a rental proved to be a bit different than what I had experienced in my first Austin rental, or even when I rented out a home I own in IL. 


But Ricardo had my best interests in mind and today I am a lot more comfortable in this rental home than I was in the home I was renting in Austin. 


Ricardo knows that "renters turn into buyers". 


When I am ready to buy a home in the Austin/Cedar Park/Leander area, I will of course turn to Ricardo to be my agent of choice.

I must say that it was a real privilege to work with a Family that took such great care of their home over the years. 

Their home was simply immaculate; it practically sold itself. 


They insisted that I also advertise the nearby popular park and when I did so, the traffic increased dramatically. Knowledge is Power; they knew their Home and they knew their Neighborhood - this shared knowledge made my job so much easier.

There are many reasons I would recommend Ricardo for future clients!
